ebay scamers breaking people's hearts over christmas

    The auction was probably one of those "New XBox 360 Box", and he sent the box... and since he said in the auction that it was the box then he isn't at fault really if he does indeed ship the box, he can't be charged with fraud or forced to issue a refund. Happens all the time when a new gadget hits the street.

    In my opinion if the bidders don't read the auction, it isn't the seller's fault... while a shady practice it is the bidder's job to actually read what they are bidding on to begin with.
