    I didn't think McGrady would turn his back, I also underestimated Yao's injury and(in the beginning) thought we'd have Ron Artest and a legit shot at the title. Well, ron left, yao never came back and mcgrady sat arouund before leaving

    The Rockets record was pretty much what I expected. I thought we were a .500 team. I thought we would make the playoffs though. I wasn't prepared for Phoenix or OKC to be this good.

    we finished 3rd in the division and two games ahead of the 10th in the conference.

    I voted 30-34 wins at the time thinking what's the point of winning over 40 games and barely missing the playoffs? After enjoying this season for the most part, I am glad it turned out the way it did.
