He's effective only as a spot up 3 point shooter. Paul George can cover Melo 1 on 1 so Pacers don't really need to double anyone on the Knicks limiting the open 3s. Besides Novak is a pretty bad defensive player and is neither strong enough to defend West nor quick enough to cover Paul George.

Pacers are going to be one of the top teams in the East for the next few, or several, years.

Should the Pacers keep Granger? Bring him off the bench maybe?

Or look into getting someone like Mayo or Ellis?

I'm sure it was 'taken care of' by his people or Dolan's people. Scumbag should've gone directly to jail for that one.

The crazy thing is Paul George is currently in an offensive funk and missing open 3s, but is still having a great playoffs with his defense, rebounding, and passing.

I keep hearing that it boring basketball.

OK, personally I am loving being bored.

When an opponent gets the ball in the post and gets smothered, tries to head fake, and nobody bites on the fake- boring.

When Melo has to shoot a fadeaway off the wrong foot, moving in the direction he'd rather not move, but has to just to beat the shot clock- boring

When a 1-on-1 player is locked down, with no double team, and passes to someone who has to take a contested shot- boring

When a team shoots 35%, changes their lineup, changes their rotation, then shoots 35% again- boring

When a team is first in the league in 2 pt. FG% allowed, first in the league in 3 pt. FG% allowed, and first int eh league in defense- boring

Yes, boring basketball absolutely thrills me right now.

I'd love to see a boring Memphis-Indiana NBA finals.

George Hill out with a concussion, David West might be injured. If the Knicks can't win this they are truely terrible.
