This is a series between the best team and the worst team remaining in these playoffs. Heat in 5; in 4 if Rose attempts to come back and destroy their chemistry.

ignoring the fact the bulls committed an offensive foul and the refs somehow called a clear path foul on the heat, the nba is going to have to reword the clear path rule i think. that's now a couple of times late in the season that i've seen people called for clear path when they are beside the dribbler playing legitimate defense and just happening to foul. the intent of the rule is to keep people from just reaching out and grabbing someone to stop a fastbreak. not to stop people even with the ball from playing any sort of D on a fastbreak.

Chicago is a good example of how having a great coach with structured systems on defense and offense can the get the most out of marginal talent because of the system. Can't believe Thibodeau was actually a part of the Rocket's staff at one time.

    Yep.

Thibs wasn't a big secret either. It's too bad we let him go but we did hire Adelman.

This is why I'm for getting rid of McHale. Not because he's a TERRIBLE coach, but because there are some pretty good coaches out there, some pretty good minds that should be given a shot as well.

this is looking kind of like the streak ending game. the bulls have already hit several tough shots to beat the shotclock (including a banked-in floater by robinson just like last game) and the heat can't seem to get any rhythm on offense. all 5 of battier's 3's have been uncontested and chalmers had an uncontested 3 to start the game and they are 1 for 6 so far. battier was on fire during the streak but has been way off the last few weeks. the heat probably won't shoot 5 for 19 every quarter, but missing layups and open 3's isn't good when you actually get them against this defense.

Not watching the game right now, but after watching the nets series, I can say this will be a very competitive series. Bulls have a great system/coach in place and thats more dangerous than having any superstar. I still think Heat will win in 5, maybe 6. But they will have to play at a high level and put them away every single game.

Jimmy Butler is impressive, how come I never heard of him at all last year? Was he a bench warmer? Either way, he's pretty darn good.

    Heat in 5.

I agree. And to add to that, every single one of the Bulls plays with heart 100% of the way. They're dropping like flies but that doesn't stop them from giving it their all.

If Miami could make an open 3, this game would be a blowout... getting great looks...
