and the heat lost their momentum after getting the lead and now are struggling. going to be all iso as usual in the 4th. everything turned on the clear path foul. 2 missed free throws, missed 3, missed dunk and the celtics get a timely 3 from pietrus because wade leaves him open. also, lebron takes a break and the heat's offense just collapses. heat will have to win a close game to win. they don't win close games. so it looks like it's 1-1.
heat have 6 ponits in 8 4th quarter minutes and can't even make a layup while getting fouled. guess lebron will just miss 2 more while the celtics continue to not miss anything from the line or the field.
heat f'd around too long. and then didn't have what it took to keep a run going and put their foot on boston's throat. garnett's jumper to end the 3rd and lebron's 2 missed free throws on the clear path changed everything. once you get the heat playing tentative, no one can do anything but hoist bad jumpers. and once other teams get confident against the heat, they don't miss big shots. and boston will have to miss big shots to lose a 5 point lead with 3 minutes to go. the heat better show up in the 1st half in game 3.
He's 7/9 from 17-19 feet. He should shoot more often tonight. If he could do that on a nightly basis he'd be ridiculously good.
