Couldn't disagree more in regards to how to defend LBJ. If you let him have the ball and back off, it gives him room to operate, and allows him to get a head of steam going to the basket. Stick to what the Mavs did last year, and what the Celts have been doing. Pick him up early and high, and then rotate quickly with the help when he makes a move to the basket, forcing Lebron to pass the ball out. Make him passive.

When I say back off, I mean like JVG said: Make him hit a jumper. Instead of almost bodying him up, give him 4 feet and bait him into shooting to see if it's going down. LBJ gets around Bass too easily.
