He wasn't good in the series, Bledsoe was also very disappointing, time to use Brogdon more.

Like I said, Leonard's game and demeanor are much more suitable for the playoffs. Harden's highs are higher than Leonard, but so are the lows.

Bucks were in this, hell of a game again and Middleton was on it early, but credit that Raptors defense. It is really, really good and the Bucks themselves in the beginning were also amazing. Love both these teams with their defense first mentality. Raptors just had the better #1 guy and Lowry with his experience came through as well as VanVleet with his hot shooting last 3 games. Must be amazing for him right now, birth of a son and then balling out like that. Kawhi just kept shooting and they kept coming up with ways to stay cool after being down early and battling back all game while still in a a major hole in the 3rd quarter. Kyle and Kawhi turned it up, but also got timely production from Siakam, Powell and Gasol and Ibaka. The whole team just made the winning plays down the stretch, team effort and I don't want to hear it was all Kawhi since the media loves to attribute a win to one player. If there's one knock on Budenholzer is not giving Mirotic a shot. That guy is too good to have a DNP in a game of this magnitude. Other than that, credit to the Raptors. See you in Toronto!

Leonard rarely takes bad “WTF?” shots. If Harden hits a few shots in a row, you know it’s inevitably coming.

Kawhi is the most talented player in the NBA, and historically so. Most of the ball-dominant 3's are and have been offense-heavy. Kawhi adds elite on-ball defense. MJ could not guard a big as Kawhi can. (Same with Peak CP3, who is very underrated historically). Kobe had the ability to play "D" but it was clearly not his passion.

The closest I've seen of late to Kawhi is maybe Jimmy Butler, who is a truly incredible all-around player. And. let's be clear: Kawhi quit on the Spurs mid-season, cashing his paychecks while faking injuries. Butler only forced a trade during the off-season. Seeing Kawhi reminds us why Butler gets a super-max this offseason.

Kwahi passed alot of shots up though
    That leads to worse shots

That is my one criticism on Toronto
They passed shots only to get some heaves in the end of the clock

Leonard is the smarter player. That's the thing with Harden, super efficient and yet prone to turnovers at the most inopportune times. I don't know how he fixes that since he wants the ball all the time.

One more thing, there is room in the game for 2-pointers. I don't care what Morey and MDA might say otherwise about how inefficient they are. Players are not machines and when they tire in the 4th quarter, 0-27 seems like a pretty stupid thing.

The highs are as high as the lows are low. Harden just doesn’t have a translatable game to the playoffs.

I will say he’s gotten better, but Harden > Kawhi in the regular season.

Kawhi > Harden in the playoffs.

    CF be like...

He can't trade DeMar! He's gonna get killed! It would be a terrible look! No free agents will ever want to sign there!
Why fire Dwane? There's no one better out there. He ran into the GOAT. #RunItBack
    :D

I'm glad Masai did not have that loser attitude.

i think this is on the owner
If it was for Morey, he wouldv'e brought a player that makes the difference
Unfortunately it seems that the new owner will waste Harden's prime

i'm not against efficiency but man does these games show that you have to take the shot available
I hope DANTONI or whoever will be the coach understand this and start varying the offense

Well ever since what made his thread teh result was inevitable. :D

I hope that it lowers the price of Brogdon and Middleton. Not worried about Giannis at all. He's a very emotional person and he can only grow up and mature from this.

In the end this was only the first year under Bud's system. He said himself that he hasn't incorporated everything that he wanted yet and players like Middleton have a lot of issues with his system.
