Indiana players (outside of West) are so complacent and look really lazy to me. If I were a Pacer fan....i would be angry

Yeah he does look like he try...but West for me that stands out as someone who really wants it. Stephenson is just r****ded.

Get a proper point guard. They need to fix their offense. They aren't going to beat the top teams in a series if they can't have a consistent offense.

Pacers are so in denial with the post game, esp. by Paul George. He said the Pacers outplayed the Heat, outside of the FT. LOL.

    Pretty sad.

Paul George comments probably worse than anything Lace Stephenson has said this series

As bad as the East was this, I see several teams who may be discussion... esp. with this draft, potential trades (what if Kevin Love ends up in the East), and where the free agents end up.

You realize they went 7 games with a Hawks team without Horford.

Even if Miami disbanded and LBJ retired, I still wouldn't pick them to win the East, next year.

    I see George improving. He's only 24.

    I see Stephenson improving.

    That should be enough.

Unless Kevin Love goes to the Bulls, Love isn't helping many teams in the East.

And their defense is a top 2.

Hard to say who are the rising powerhouses in East barring any big trades
Indiana lacking a true Top 5 Superstar and I think PG is not there yet or at all

Whoops. Didn't see these and the past four-five posts in this thread.
Didn't need to make a Paul George thread after all.

He looks like he tries in spurts. But there are times in the game where he just looks uninterested. He'll score one play, then the next throw a lazy one armed pass across court that anybody could've saw coming. The Pacers look like they don't want to play anymore. Am I missing something? But shouldn't this team be more jacked up playing the same team that eliminated them last year

Got Lance Stephenson talking out and the rest of the team telling him to shut up.
Got Paul George and David West blaming the officials.
Got Frank Vogel telling his team to worry about their ****ty play instead of the ****ty officiating.
Got Roy Hibbert blaming Frank Vogel for his...lack of production?

Sounds about right for a team down 3-1. Thanks Andrew Bynum. ;)

    Was there ever any doubt?

You can pencil Miami into the finals next year
barring some injury or one of the big 3 leaving or something

Watching Easter Conference Basketball . .is a true exhibition
cause . . no one but miami was ever coming out of that conference

Definitely easy to see now. But on January 1st it was not as clear by a longshot.

Indiana was killing the East competition including Miami.

I don't know what the Indy players did on New Years Eve but they should, to a man, never do it again.

So...that means it's kinda like the West was in the 80's?
