He is 3rd on my list, after MJ and Kobe. It's only my opinion but JVG and Mark Jackson also agrees and happened to mention this as well in tonight's game. Did you watch the game tonight?

So who is your 3rd best SG in your opinion? Who would you rank ahead of Wade for 3rd place? Please be specific.

Harden? Give me a break lol... The fact that we're even having this discussion shows that Wade being a top 3 SG is debatable. Yet Harden isn't even in the discussion. The irony is, we just demonstrated my original point, which was the Harden is not in Prime Wade's league, just like PG will never be in Lebron's league.

Wade in '06 was 24 years old. Harden is 24 right now. So don't even say "Harden is still young". Wade was a much, much better player in '06 than Harden is now, and probably ever will be.

Harden and PG are superstars in today's NBA, and will be perennial all stars throughout their careers. But they are no where close to the all time greats, and probably never will be. Players have different ceilings, that's just the fact. '06 Wade >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Harden, Lebron >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Paul George.

In terms of their dominance in the regular season/post season....I would probably agree with you (would give him the slight nod over Drexler(1 ring)/George Gervin (no rings)).

Forgot about "Mr. Clutch" ....if you regard him as a SG...he prob would be higher than Wade....but you can argue he was officially a PG, and he omly had one ring

    LOL

The reason that you want home court advantage is NOT that you are going to win every home game.

    That almost NEVER happens.

The reason that you want home court advantage is because if/when you lose a home game, you do NOT have to win two road games to make up for it, just one.

    and they will

God, Luis has become such a stiff, so fast.

He either makes everything (every fifth game or so) or is totally worthless, both on offense and defense.

This is done in 5. 6 if Indy duplicate that anomaly that was game 1 where they shot like the Spurs.

What's clear after 2 games is the Pacers can't shut the Heat's offense. Heat run their offense, they will score. 50% in both games on the road. And Lebron has not played well.

This will be 3-1 going back to game 5.

game 2 was an anomaly in that Paul George and David West couldn't shoot at all, and yet with 4 minutes to go they were ahead.

What's clear after 2 games is that the Heat and Pacers is no mismatch. Expect 7 games, and many "coin flip" games decided in the last minute

Pacers have had worse games than game 2. Much much worse. That's not an anomaly.

If I remember correctly, last Pacer lead was 73-69, with around 7 minutes to go. And most Heat games are close. Nets thought that should have gone 7 lol.

Sure George and West will play better than game 2. But Stephenson and HIbbert will hit their law of averages too.

Only way this series goes 7 is if the Pacers stop the HEat. Allowing 50% shooting at home is unacceptable.

And the Pacers haven't turned the ball over, and you know that is their #1 weakness.

I would hate to ever have Lance Stephenson on a team that I rooted for, even when he plays well he is completely out of control. By far the player I dislike the most in the NBA.

Bosh isnt shooting well but I dont think he is playing that bad. He isnt going to get alot of defensive rebounds because he is so far out of position because of the way the Heat trap and double team. Those offensive rebounds are gonna be there for every team the Heat play against and they are ok with that for the most part as long as they are forcing turnovers, and boy do they force turnovers.

I dont know if they will beat the Spurs again this year but it will be an awesome series again. Heat over the Pacers in 5 maybe 6.

Stephenson is young. He'll learn to be more even keel and curb his emotions as the years pass. But he's their best 2 way player so far this year. He's playing like an all-star right now, and borderline superstar in game 2.

Bosh was trash. He's bad. He contributes nothing offensively. Hibbert and West don't even care for him. He was better defensively in game 2, but Birdman OWNED the defense in the 4th. Bosh is playing like an erratic 6th or 7th guy on the team. That's unacceptable.

Can we not act like everything is guaranteed cause they are not. Heat isn't really that impressive this year, tho neither are the Pacers. I am leaning towards Heat too cause of the results of the first two rounds, but if Pacers did end up winning, it wouldn't be such a huge surprise.

Norris Cole pokes David West in the eye, not by accident

Yeah, perfectly normal to fight through a screen by throwing your right arm over your head and across your body.

Can argue that it "worked" however

that is, "can't argue that it didn't work, perfectly, to their advantage.

Totally a natural, normal way to go through a screen, right?

In the past 13 Pacers-Heat games, neither team has ever been able to win 2 games in a row. They have alternated victories. So I just don't get where the people saying that the Heat now have this all wrapped up are coming from.

I don't think people who say this actually know how "Vegas" works.
