Damn, we'd own the Magic if we play them. Yao takes care of Howard easily on defense, Lewis and Hedo won't get too many open looks.
Hello. LeBron took a fadeaway 3 from 26 feet away. If they had allowed him to catch the ball mid-range, fine. But if he fakes to the basket, then cuts back and pushes off, you cannot stop that. It's very tough to prevent LeBron from catching the ball entirely in the half-court. He's too big, too strong, too fast and (as we found out) the entire half-court is a very large area.
the lakers were down 3 last night while the cavs were only down 2, you can't stick 2 on James cuz u could give up a 2 that puts you in ot.
Kobe has made many incredible contested 3s over the years. I think this is just fresh in your mind. I'd still much rather have Kobe if I need a 3 with the clock running down.
Yeah I agree, even though I would try to force a two pointer, but sometimes you just can't do that. Tough shot he made, now they just have to bounce back.
The funny thing about this series is both teams could look at themselves and say "We should be up 2-0" and they would have a point.
Yeah, but a least put more bodies Petrus, Lee, whoever around Leborn, surround him like a semi circle closely space towards Lebron. You let hang Hedo hang with Lebron, that's brain lapse. Also the last play of the 1st half, SVG let Lee hang there guard Lebron when he could've taken him out on a Cav's time out. This is beyond me.
Very true. One play was the difference in both games. Imagine if Mo Williams hit that shot off the jump ball last game and this game played out the same way.

Man if they lost that first game to Mo Williams shot and this one to LeBron's shot I don't think there would be anyway they could come back to win Game 3 and 4. Both Conference Finals have been great.
Reggie doesn't know what he's talking about. At any point in an NBA game you WANT Lebron launching a fadeaway three pointer. He's no Reggie Miller.
All I am going to say is the next guy who calls this guy hyped or overrated or just the product of some NBA-Nike collusion should be shot. I have never been able to legitimately say this before, but this guy is the only guy in uniform in the league right now who may, one day, surpass MJ as the GOAT. Everyone else is either past their prime or are simply not good enough. Kobe is great, but it is pretty much too late for him at this point, and he has never been that efficient offensively over his career to even compare with MJ. He might be on the same level in terms of clutchiness, but no way is he as good as MJ across the board, or defensively, or as a passer, or decision maker. Lebron is like a hybrid between Magic's basketball IQ and savviness on the court and MJ's clutchiness and physical dominance, although they both dominate physically in a different way (MJ was too quick and athletic for everyone in his earlier years, and Lebron is too big, strong and quick for everyone else in his era).
