In terms of timing, maybe not. In terms of difficulty at winning a game? ...the only shots I can think of in comparison are Jordan's "shot" and Fisher's 0.4 and Lebron's shot compares favorably to the two. Contested catch and shoot three with one second left, five feet behind the line? That's effin ridiculous.
He caught the ball going away from the basket, which is what the defense is supposed to do. LeBron hit a contested fadeaway 3-pointer from 26 feet. Does that explain it?
Agreed about the difficulty aspect. Don't forget Sampson's shot against L.A. There may never be a playoff shot with more difficulty. That game won a series, too. If LeBron did that in Game 7 of the finals, different story.
Reggie got it right. Two people should have attached to the MVP of the league. Are you kidding me. Ron Jeremy should fire himself. That was as clean of look a one second shot can get.
The Nuggets passed the mental toughness test after choking away game 1 against the Lakers. Will the Magic do the same?
Honestly, if I were the defense, I could live with giving Lebron a contested fadeaway 26-footer. You just gotta tip your hat when he makes a 0.01% shot.
Yup that is the question. I'm just not so sure. I mean at least the Nuggets were in the game for the whole game of Game 1 and 2. Orlando was getting blown out and had to comeback in both games only to lose Game 2 by a last second shot by LeBron. But like Kenny just said they have lost like that before this playoffs but this is a tad bit of a bigger stage.
