Blowouts in the playoffs are rare even though the Cavs were making it look easy in the first 2 rounds. These are the last 2 remaining teams in the EC making blowouts even more unlikely. Holding big early leads in the NBA is rare any time of the year. The bottom line is that every team blows big leads at times. The Cavs do it less than most every other team if not every other team. You seem pretty stuck to your opinion so this is my last post about it.
That's the point! So I say their defense is overrated! This is the conference final, which shows the teams' true colors!
This is a conference final game. They blow leads several times in this series. The conference finals and the finals are true testments for a team's defense, espeically for a EC team! If they are unable to defend the majic well, they cannot defend the lakers either.
And by this series you mean one game? This game the Cavs went up by 20, and they're still up by 10. Teams will go on runs. It is rare for a team to keep the same lead or constantly increase it the entire game. I would not consider this a total blown lead yet.
That's what I'm talking about. The last game was a blown lead. Tonight they are technically still up, and up by 10 which is a good lead in the playoffs. You didn't watch the Cavs this season, nor their previous 2 playoff series, did you?
I watched a lot! But, regular season games mean nothing to a team like the cavs! BTW, I didn't say the cavs are a bad team. They are a very balanced team. I think they have better chance to win this series. But, their defense is not at the best level.
ben wallace was there? what was collins looking at. he was still sliding after lee was in the air and was barely still even at the collision. huge call for the cavs. it's amazing this is the same magic team from the boston series. that team was scared of its own shadow, blew big leads, and couldn't make an open 3 to save their lives. now they're just free stroking 3's against the cavs, including game winners when down by 2.
both gortat and wallace should have been called for blocking fouls. neither got established before the offensive player started going up.
Exact same play and Ben Wallace gets charge. 2 similar plays by Gortat and offensive fouls. Nice going refs.
Gortat is realy good. Some people suggest the rockets should sign him this summer. I think he will be a good backup for Yao. He wants backup Howard or Yao? Or he can find a starting position?
