Whatever, he may be overrated but he's still good. He completely dominated Big Z tonight for 30. Your Yao love goes too far...
Not really a hater, more like a realist. Dwight Howard is a Top 10 player in the league, but people act like he's Top 5. He's not... What's your take on this series, and who's better Yao or Dwight?
I just don't get why he would not have drove the ball? I'm not trying to get into anything, you guys know far more about basketball than i do..... but seriously this is Lebron James playing 2009, its automatic foul if some were to lay a finger on him ??
Well, for starters, he DID drive the ball all the way to the basket, but the defense pushed him out of his path, so he couldn't get a shot up. He got stuck right under the basket - that's where he passed from.
On top of that, everyone is scared to make a play and nobody can score. Big Z is really showing his age, he couldn't play any D now.
what do you mean? he drove it all the way under the basket. he didn't have any sort of good angle but drew the defense and got a teammate a wide open shot. as others have said, even a lebron or kobe is very unlikely to get a foul call and lebron would have had to jump backwards into a taller defender to even get a shot off. maybe he makes it, maybe he even gets that foul call, but playing the percentages he made the right play. edit: Major already got it right.

I would've been a bit disappointed with a close win...so I'm extremely disappointed in this loss. Good game by Orlando, they were knocking down the shots. Mo and Delonte? Not so much. Second half defense took a big dive too. I hope this is partially from an 8 day layoff. It's time to for everyone not named Lebron to get their butts in gear. And yet another Cleveland team is toying with my emotions.
He did, and there was nothing there for him. His teammate, who just hit a 3 on a recent possession, was wide open. It was the smart play to make. LeBron is a great player, but his teammates are in the NBA too. It's not like he's passing to some junior high kid. And again, LeBron didn't have a great night at the free throw line. He honestly probably didn't want to put himself in that position.
Not to get too far ahead, but it would be hilarious if Carmelo made it to the finals and Lebron didn't.
I realy thought that was a great pass, and there was no foul there. In the wanning seconds of a game Refs don't call garbage.
Are people seriously criticizing LeBron James after this game? That was about as good as a player can play and not win the game. He was fantastic. He wore himself out and looked dog tired at the end, though.
