Youtube them, look at their games. Bellamy would be the first overall pick in this years draft... Look at that athleticism! You can't have an all-Time greatest draft, and then dismiss players because of their eras or because you didn't see them play! Lol! So do we now dismiss the achievements of Jerry West, Wilt Chamberlain & Bill Russell, who both Pettit & Bellamy played against? If you do your research you will see that people from the older eras could play, and still hold their own in today's game. Plus I put up the statistical evidence to back my claims... Who would be the role players on my team? That's like asking 'who would be the role player on the Dream Team?' Great players do what,s necessary to win.
lol they won't average as much points and as much rebound in the 80's upto this era. We aren't making dream team here. We're making championship teams! We're not teaming up Kobe, Carmelo, Durant, LeBron in 1 team, somewhere down the road, they will question the management about their roles. My team don't have chemistry problem. They are all unselfish, and i would love a guy who average 8pts per game on my roster as long as he average 14rbs, 3blks, 2stls.. Like in the previous draft, i look for role players rather than put up a SUPER scoring team with no direction. Can you check how many attempts per game each player have on your starting lineup? Do you think Bellamy wants to stay in the bench? Seriously though, i didn't even heard any of them. Now, we have trouble looking for judges since they need to do their research... SMH
I'll be honest, the only thing I know about Nate Thurmond is that he was the first dude to get a Quad double
There is this thing called YOUTUBE... Eg: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyPYVp9f4Ag&feature=youtube_gdata_player http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pOeiWbUZTw&feature=youtube_gdata_player How many of the judges saw Moses Malone or Gervin in his prime?
they are well known and really easy to search. You drafted 5 guys.. FIVE! That's a lot of work LMAO...
ahh man... here is a tough matchup... i know of all the stats and did research on the older players during both the drafts, so i know a decent amount(or so i tell myself)... time to disect.... Frontcourt- Who has the better FC Jamers - i judge the 3 both front and back court... i really wish hill could have stayed healthy... he was nasty on both ends of the court... but lebron is overly disgusting... most complete player ever probly... bob pettit is nice, i like him alot(had him last draft, hes under-rated) but duncan is the best PF ever... thurmond is ok atleast IMO and i like moses much more...i think the advantage of moses over nate is larger than the advantage of lbj over hill... thus my decision... close but jamers... Backcourt- Who has the better BC IzakDavid13 - again the 3 goes both ways for me... lebron and KD are basically switching from the 3/2 back and forth... KJ was a good passer but didnt dominate the ball in order to be a good passer, thus allowing LBJ to run some point-forward action... jamers backcourt is nothing to scoff at with isaih gervin and hill... very good honestly and probly beats every other backcourt but this one IMO... close but izak... Bench- WHo has the better bench Jamers - i like parker/marion/wallace off the bench... lots of D andparker with a prime marion can score... walt off the bench is verrry nice along with mcginnis, but just not enough IMO... Offense- Which team has the better overall team offense. Which teams offense would run smoother and be more effective. Jamers - i like the balance on jamers team more than izaks... i believe the advantage is in the post... duncan is a beast and next to moses is nice... he has a great backcourt to compliment it all also... look izaks backcourt is top-notch and his front court is stout, just the slightest edge to jamers more a more balanced offense... Defense- Which team plays better defense? This includes team defense as well as individual defense Jamers - his team is good to great from 1-8... izak has good defenders for sure, with his players getting the stats and rebounding numbers, but i like jamers overall defense better... Chemistry- which team would have better chemistry and work together better. For example, a team full of scorers who like to keep the ball in their hands wouldn't work very well. Jamers - for the simple fact that he has a crap-ton of spurs players... its like he should name his team the san antonio jamers... Jamers in 7... closest matchup so far...
Nah.... You just don't have to draft 5 of them.. 2-3 might work.. Thanks BigMaloe, glad you don't have a bad blood against me
