He would have a point if it's halfway through the season and Yao is playing like he did last night. But I thought the first three games plus the preseason he kicked ass. So really he's had one bad night. It's almost like these clowns are just waiting and hoping he will fail.

All things considered tho', Bradley didn't do that badley for someone who hadn't played in a few years. He just never got any better.

with teams double teaming yao every time he touches the ball and some even double teaming him before he gets the ball, i dont think nba coaches and players think hes not living up to his potential. he must be good to be getting so much attention.

the only people that think this way are those that base their conclusions solely on stat lines. but as long as they are only doing that, these people can also conclude that shaq's abilities are fading, because hes only avg abou 17 pts a game this year.

Listen to this pathetic homer. I like it when he says he 'expected' to beat the lakers. His team has no inside presence yet he fully expects to beat a team with 3 great postup players and 4 of the greatest defenders of this era. Are all Mavs writers this ridiculous? It would seem so.

Perfect example of a guy who looks at the box score and nothing else (and apparenly he didn't even check the stats close enough). Yao has athletic ability and finesse never before seen for a guy his height. Bradley came into the league as an uncoordinated stick and he will leave the league as an uncoordinated stick. There is definitely a questionmark as to whether Yao Ming will toughen up mentally and physically....that's the key to the 30 point/12 rebound monster most Rockets fan see the potential for when they watch Yao play. But to say Yao Ming = Shawn Bradley is just plain ignorant. Even the unassertive Yao we see now is light years ahead of Bradley.

I just e-mailed the guy and asked if, with his anti-Yao bias, he is just trying to get a job at ESPN?

All that needs to be said is that Mark Cuban would trade 2 of his five stars and throw in his soul to get his hands on Yao Ming.

Don't even TRY to sit there and tell me he wouldn't give us Finley + our choice of Jamison or Walker. He'd even take on the contracts of Mooch and MoT in that deal.

Can anyone deny that? Tell me he wouldn't do it. Tell me Mark Cuban wouldn't die to have Yao Ming in the middle.
