Yes, it's thread worthy. Earl is on 610 and they asked him which team these days does he have a connection with more the Texans or Oilers/Titans and he choose the Texans. Said watching them play reminds him of back in the day.
Agreed. I don't know why people find this so hard to deal with. People from Texas/Houston will be supporting the HOME team. I understand following the Oilers/Titans when Houston didn't have a team... but that has changed. I also understand that a large group of people in Houston/Texas need to see the Texans have success first before growing attached. I don't have any problems with that. Success breeds fandom. If the Texans are are on the cusp of becoming successful (which all evidence points to), there are going to be a helluva lot of ex-"oilers/titans" fans on the bandwagon.
