I think the problem today was that the Texans we're facing a better Eagles team with even more to prove than Houston.

Lol. Now why don't people make a Dream/Jordan comparison. Why the hell does Mario HAVE to be Sam Bowie. :p

They switch to the Saints. And BUSH just ran for -5 yards.

Well, time to turn off the tv. oh wait, Stros are still playing. Switching to FSN.

I agree with this but it's the same old Carr to me and Mario Williams is a defensive tackle IMHO and not the explosive defensive end we've been led to believe.

lol, I played Eagles vs Texans on my PSP this morning at work and ended up losing with the same score, 24-10. Carr was sacked 11 times.

The problem with CARR and how it can be contributed more to him than others, is that he does not provide ANY leadership or confidence.

A QB should inspire his teamates, watch them....as soon as Carr has any adversity they are all hanging their heads....going...."Great, here we go again"

The team has NO confidence in Carr, and unless that changes, it is going to be a very long season.

Even that TD pass to Moulds was close to being interecepted by the guy coming from the side for the ball (Carr never saw him).

That is sad, holy cow. They just figured it was already over. Why would we want to watch Bush? So we can see the err of our ways?

There is nothing explosive about him, unless he's hurt or has the flu today or something.

Well, the Eagles were winning. When we were winning early on they showed lots of fan shots. But as the game progressed the few Texan fan shots showed fans with bewildered or disgruntled expressions. Easier to spot the Eagle fans jumping up and down.

Besides... they are beaming the game back to Philadelphia too

LET IT F*CKING GO. EDIT: Oops. I guess you're on my side.

Anyway, did anyone catch the commentator dude say "Last night there was a great game down I-45 in Austin... Ohio State against Texas" ??? :D I laughed. I am going up I-45 soon... let's see if maybe they moved Austin in between Fallas and Houston. :D

It's called overrated. Steve Etman, Courtney Brown, Russell Maryland and Mario Williams. All busts.

    I was pretty close.

Anyhoo, I missed the first half running stuff for my mother who is pissed off at me.

But listening in the car, it sounded pretty good, like we may actually win it. I get home to watch the end of the 2nd quarter and on, and man, what the **** happened to what I heard on the radio? We ended up sucking monkey ass.

There were some positives in the game, like Eric Moulds. I'm glad Andre has some help now. That can only get better provided that Carr stays upright.

I was disappointed in the running game though. I don't know if Ron Dayne may have made a difference though.

Way too early to call anyone a bust. But before and during the draft weren't there a number of concerns voiced about Williams disappearing, not just in games, but stretches of games. I seem to recall that he had his sacks in bunches and in some games he was non-existant.

Hoping I am wrong about this...
