Carr does not deserve blame for this loss. If we want to drop mentioning other players from teams cool, I can deal with that. Let's just say we have no pass rush and no running game and we used our #1 on a Dewho's one tackle was tripping Westbrook on an 8 yd gain. This was a winnable game. Wow, this is just sad. Dunta and Demeco and to a certain extent Babin.......everyone else has been horrible
Oh well. This game is over, I saw some promise today, hopefully our guys can make some adjustments and put on a better showing next week. Mcnabb is really good, the eagles are tough.

Well here's a positive...So far, Demeco Ryans is the league leader in tackles with 11. The kid's a stud.

OK, now I've heard it all. Comparing Mario Williams and Bush to Sam Bowie and Michael Jordan: "Sam Bowie was the #1 pick that year and Michael was #2." Unbelievable.
My take: Except for the opening drive, this game has gone just like I thought. For the most part, the Eagles defensive dominated our offense and our defense did OK but McNabb is just too good. I figured the Eagles would win convincingly. On David Carr: I remain very much a skeptic, but he did OK this game. Once the Eagles adjusted after the opening drive and started putting on the pressure, there was only so much he could do. On Mario Williams: Very disappointed. He was double-teamed a lot but not every play. He better rev his motor up soon. Some rookie d-linemen hit training camp and the NFL by storm in their rookie years (like Warren Sapp & Julius Peppers did). Others grow into the season like Bruce Smith. Mario can still turn out to be a great lineman once he figures things out. On the Texans: For the most part I liked what I saw, but the opponent is just too good. Don't be disappointed they got handled this game. Question: Why has the camera panned on Eagles fans all game? This is tiresome. I think everyone already knows how fanatical their fans are.
