Oh man, still up to your fanboy foolishness, eh? I judge E3 strictly for games from both companies (i.e, exclusives) . Microsoft had the better games last year, and a slight edge this year. It's just my opinion, don't see why you get butt hurt about it. How can I be biased for Xbox when I don't even own an xbox - I have a PS4.
Yeah, Microsoft totally "won" last year. Don't you remember the huge backlash immediately after their announcements? Or the fact that they've reversed policy on almost everything they announced at that E3? If I'm a fanboy, you're just an idiot.
Sony should have used some of that 20 minutes they spent on TV to demo it on stage. I want to know the features. I want to know what puts this above The Crew, because The Crew looks pretty good IMO
You're both a fanboy and an idiot. Am I not allowed to have a different opinion than yours? You're a grown man dude, are you not? Why get upset and butt hurt over someone else's opinion regarding VIDEO GAMES. And in hindsight, those policies mean nothing. The game's stayed, and the policies did not. It's not as if Sony wasn't considering them either.
They are showing actual game play on the Nintendo Treehouse Live E3 of the game. I get a sense that it is going to be a little heavy on the cutscenes, but the game play looks fantastic in my opinion.
Glad Evil Wihin and Lords of the Fallen will be available for 360, some more major titles to look out for. Evil Within looked like a great survival/horror game and Bethesda is known for great games. Lords of the Fallen seems to be a Dark Souls clone, nice graphics and design. You can deposit your current XP points into a bank at every save point so that you won't lose them when dying, great idea.
Maybe I'm missing something but to me it sounds like something that might get Sony some money but doesn't really affect me or gamers that are avid enough to follow E3. We already have access to pretty much everything PS TV offers right now without the device. There's no real benefit in it for me.
I am so hyped for next gen GTAV. Looking at the screen shots and hearing news or the changes they've made, I just want it now! I have to say I was more excited after the Sony showing just because of the game....and ironically the games I was more excited for are on XBone as well. If they hadn't been I wouldn't have gone out and got a PS4 as well. If GTAV had been exclusive to the PS4 I'd have bought one yesterday. It's good to finally have a lineup of games to look forward to. Just watch the Doom 4 trailer and it looked pretty good too. Think my next purchase will be Wolfenstein then GTAV...again.
I think it's something cool for a large family with multiple tvs in the house. You spend money on your PS4 and then instead of needing to buy another system for a different room you can just grab that PS TV for $99 or the bundle for $139(I think that was the price) and move your gaming in there. Pretty cool, not something I need personally but I can see the mass appeal if they market it right...(That's a big IF of course)
I think playstation offers one of the better streaming app catalogs on the market. Amazon Prime, hulu, Netflix, HBO Go are the ones I use primarily. I have an AppleTV and was about to buy a Roku for another room. Roku also has an impressive catalog of streaming apps. I like Apple TV because it works so well with other Apple devices, which my household has plenty of. I was about to buy a Roku because it offered everything I was looking for apps-wise. The Playstation TV offers the same streaming catalog I'm looking for. That makes it competitive with Apple TV and Roku. It's advantage is the access to games (eh) and more importantly, the remote access to your PS4. Gives me more access to devices and entertainment in my household. Plus the entry-level price is the same as the Apple TV and Roku 3
LOL. You're more than welcome to your opinion. You called me a fanboy first dip****. Don't try and pull out the holier than thou card when you're the one resorting to e-name-calling. Oh, and your opinion is stupid.
Microsoft lost last year. By a wide margin. I had a 360 for 7 years before I finally bought a PS3, and I'll get an XB1 before I get a PS4. Reality is, Microsoft blew it last year, and what I was most excited about (Halo 5) was shown for 2014, and now it is Fall 2015.
I would love to see Sony or Nintendo try and release anything come this November the same week Halo Collection is released. I've been saying it for a while now, Halo owns Sony and there is nothing on PS that can touch it...... This November PS4 will be a lonely world.... Everyone will be on Halo...... Also, Forza Horizon 2 looks AMAZING!.....
