I might have an IN for next year's E3, if my friend in LA is still at his job. however it does seem boring compared to CES which has more stuff than just games.
Oh no, I haven't seen any video of it....I know only what was in Game Informer's cover story on it a few months back. It seemed pretty cool, kinda like Mass Effect but more interactive. The sad part is that I'll probably end up buying 7+ games before I get to any of my must haves, just out of boredom.
All the good stuff is shown behind closed doors it seems. I think they're still talking about what to do about the next E3. May not happen at the same time or even be in LA, although I doubt they'll change that much (maybe a different location close to LA or something). Yeah, it also reminds me a bit of The Agency, although without the MMO parts. Not really a fan of MMOs, but I would like to try out an espionage game with these RPG elements.
Last I heard, Ubisoft went back to the drawing boards with Splinter Cell: Conviction. They didn't know where to go with the series, and especially after seeing more of MGS4, they didn't want to show off Splinter Cell until they were fully sure where they wanted to go with the franchise.
Gears of War 2 looks the best IMO. I don't like the character design in SF4; it looks like they all joined the He-Man gym. But I'll certainly buy & play it.
