Yeah, it doesn't look that good but it looks comfortable as hell to use. Depending on the size, but I can really imagine how nice something like that would be for 12 hour long game, really should give you a good grip.

I remember the first time I held Xbox controller, I decided that I woud never buy the system. The original ps controllers were ok, but the Nintendo Gamecube's controller felt amazing, like it was customized for me.

    Oh man...I FREAKING HATE SCHOOL!

I just got back and have seen a crapload of PS3 info. I have like a bajillion tabs open on Firefox and I'm trying to figure out what to download/stream. It is going to be one LONG night.

After a quick 5 minute glance, I like most of what I've seen from the PS3. I'll try to give some more impressions later...oh man, I'm going to be dragging at school tomorrow.

interesting stuff i hear about the Microsoft Conference

Apparently, they showed that you can HOOK UP A PSP to the system and stream/transfer your files from there to the XBOX 360. Isnt that funny as hell?

I'm in LA. I can find gas for as low as $2.45 a gallon. About a month ago I couldn't find it for under $2.50.

I believe in the PC games department, I know of some. There will be something about Civilization 4. D&D online, Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion, and that is about it. I don't know if Vanguard will be having any previews, or not. NWN 2 might have something of a preview as well, though it isn't due out until sometime in 2006.

I'm pretty excited about all of those except D&D online not so much.

I wish I could get into E3. It would be a dream come true.

DaDa if you want to get away from strictly E3 social events let me know. I can recomend some places.

PS3 looks sweet but that controller looks like ****.

And yes we're paying more for a gallon of gas than Swoly-D does for hookers.

Yeah that controller isn't exactly pleasing to the eye, but I've always felt a little uncomfortable with the PS1/PS2 controller (maybe because I don't play it as much as the others) ... it always seemed too small and like I was kind of second guessing each time I was about to hit a button. This looks like it sits in you hand a little better.

I always rather enjoyed the PS controller. I hated the N64 controller with a passion, so the PS1 was always my favorite. I got so comfortable with that controller I could rack up millions of points on Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.

moe was happy the PS2 controller kept the same layout.

Man that controller looks weird. My hands are small, though, so I probably won't need all that length on the handles.

I'm pretty excited for these systems. I kinda want the PS3 a bit more than the XBOX 360. But the PS3 looks to be a spring release, so my eagerness for next-gen gaming might make me buy a 360 in the fall.
