if Dwight keeps wanting to post up people, he would make GS worse. Taking shots away from Curry, Durant, and Klay to shoot one of the worst shots in basketball very poorly would benefit us. GS might not even want him if he chooses to keep taking those shots and be a cancer in the locker room.

If he wants to play the McGee role, they are going to be even more dangerous than they already are. Same applies to playing in Boston

yeah something in similiar fashion but like @DreamShook post above, it hinges on him being a guy or wanting to be The guy

Uh, McGee knows his role and shuts his mouth. Which is like exactly what Dwert never learned how to do, along with never learning how to shoot or never learning the required footwork to become an effective post player. He tanked a good team because he thought he was some fusion dance super saiyan of Shaq and Hakeem. You think THAT ego is in check? Forget that he isn't half as dominant as Shaq, forget that he isn't a quarter as talented as Hakeem. You sincerely think DWERT HORWAD is gonna go play defense and catch lobs for KD and Curry when he wouldn't do it for Harden, Kobe, or anyone?

The reality is neither you nor I can predict what Dwight will do on a contender, where he is no longer expected to be a star. He could melt down, or he could go HAM just rolling to the basket.

Dwight to Golden State? He HAS been practicing his threes. This will be better than the Rockets signing Lebron. If DH goes to Golden State, they will implode by him whining everyday that he's not getting the ball or by him jacking up threes and missing free-throws. Go right ahead.

Bring him back as a back up to Capela but he must agree on his role on this team (PNR, block shots, rebound).

Is there a place that can ignore Dwight's past?

    Portland maybe lol.

He has a solid year last season. He just needs to accept the fact he's not the number one option at this point of his career but can still be a huge contributor on a championship contender. A one year rental for him at the minimum wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

    I’m predicting Milwaukee.

I’m praying for Golden State because if theres any player who can single handily destroy that dynasty, it’s Dwight...

He shot 7 three pointers with Charlotte.... I bet he can get up 35 in Boston with Brad Stevens. This isn't about a contender, it's about a team that will encourage his three point prowess.

how long has everyone been saying that though.

at the end of the day the numbers don't matter if it doesn't translate to winning. and again thats gone downhill for him

If he goes to Golden State he will automatically turn back the clock and be the Dwight of 2014-2015 and thus make them even more unbeatable and ruin what remains of parity in the NBA.

He’s so going to the Warriors. It’s in his DNA.

Hopefully the Mavs go after him lol
