A-. the only thing I dislike is that he takes too many dribbles down low and does not pass the ball out quick - leading to TO. everything else exceeded my expectations. seems like he came to play both offense and defense. can you say the same about any other player on the roster that is playing well on both ends
He has been truly dominant on both ends. Pity that the efforts fo such a focused, healthy and determined Dwight are being wasted by the rest of the team (those who have got playing time) besides Troy Daniels and Asik.
Had they won game 4, his blocks down the stretch would have been the biggest highlights of the game. He has really played well.
Yep. I feel sorry for D12. He's the only out there playing like these games mean something. He's the only one taking every possession serious and fighting like it. Harden's just matching Dwight's effort. When I look at other players like Derozan in Toronto, I'm wondering why Harden doesn't play with that same energy.
A. He's a few made free throws from being an A+ for me. But he's been as advertised. Harden: F Lin: D Parsons: c+ Beverly: B Asik: B TJones: C Troy Daniels: A
he's been an absolute beast. the only criticism i have is he gets tunnel vision when he is posting up. the point of going inside is that you can throw it back out when you get double teamed. he lost focus and ended up turning it over when the double team came twice.
played above my expectations. But anyone else notice when the game was on the line in 4th he went crazy protecting the paint ? Blocking shots stuffing players clean no fouls... Where was that same effort the whole game and past games? He only had one foul and I saw him let people make easy shots at the rim throughout the game until the end of the 4th when he went in beast mode, this shows me he still has that game changing D but he doesn't give 100% all the time
I was a little iffy about the prospect of having him and his huge contract on the team for the next 4 years near the end of the season, but he has played great in the playoffs and now I'm feeling great about having him on the team. I do hope that his great play was a result of him stepping up in the playoffs and it wasn't just a result of the match-up (since he thoroughly dominated the Blazers in the regular season).
That's like saying he needs better chemistry with casspi. You can't take garbage and call it gold.we will never win a chip with harden on this team. I'd even take lin over harden at this point
That thought crossed my mind too. Sucks that he's at his physical peak but those on his team are mentally not ready to win. (I'm looking at you, James.)
Man, Dwight has been great. I expected him to play about the same as he did in the regular season but this guy is the real deal. His teammates have let him down.
