I haven't watched a hoops related non-game video with that much intrigue since the LeBron-Wade conversation at the airport. At first I'm thinking he's hurt and moving slow. Then he dunks it again, lol. It could be interpreted both ways I guess.
Mad props to AJ for that vid. Give him as much of that good medicine that he can handle for the pain and let's see DH suit up!
Sounds to me like he's inclined to rest. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Dwight Howard on status after w/o: "We'll see tonight. It felt pretty good out there today. The most important thing is I'm at least 90%(more)</p>— Mark Berman (@MarkBermanFox26) <a href="https://twitter.com/MarkBermanFox26/status/601452172719443969">May 21, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">More Dwight Howard on status after w/o: "I don't want this to be something that bothers me for the rest of the series. I still think we can beat them tonight without Dwight and have Dwight at full strength for the rest of the series.
I am guessing its was Codman said - play dwight a little see how it feels and then pull him if its not the best and all if he is going ok then leave him in - I dont think he would go more than 20 minutes unless its actually feeling decent
Grade 1. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Dwight Howard has a Grade 1 sprain of the inside ligament of his left knee.</p>— Calvin Watkins (@calvinwatkins) <a href="https://twitter.com/calvinwatkins/status/601454202603180032">May 21, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
That's good to hear he's feeling better. My main concern is will we see Playoff Dwight against this series? I would almost be willing to concede Game 2 if I had that guarantee heading into the weekend. Which is not to say BTW that they can't win without him. Remember that after he hurt his knee in Game 1, the Warriors had just gone up 14-12. The Rockets were able to build a 49-33 lead with Dwight either on the bench or severely limited by the injury.
All the tweets I'm reading from Houston media point towards him playing tonight, I'd be more than happy with limited minutes out of D12
