The Mavs are a true piece of **** like the cowboys and always will be but I like Dirk and that was funny...thx for posting it
You didn't say "SOMETHING" you said Beasley - Beasley is a naturally gifted scorer who can hit from pretty much anywhere on the floor - he's got other issues but he could probably average 20 ppg on a lottery team with enough touches. Capela meanwhile can't catch, can't dribble, and can't hit the broadside of a barn from over 3 feet away. Baby steps. Maybe instead of patterning himself after Beasley, he shoudl focus on like Michael Cage or something.
Whole team has been pretty much garbage. I defended Coward up until this season but he is a worthless quitter (just like everyone has always said).
he just doesnt care right now and why should he if he wants to leave. If he plays to his full potential and somehow the Rockets did well and possibly win (which could happen if Curry isnt playing) then people will cry if he leaves Houston. If the team sucks and he leaves there wont be a single thing said necessarily. of course him sucking will hurt his future potential earnings as long as he can get his double double I think he will be able to get some team to give him a big deal.
http://www.basketball-reference.com/play-index/h2h_finder.cgi?request=1&p1=howardw01&p2=mingya01 Head to Head stats: Yao| .561% shooting, 23.6 points, 10.4 rebounds, 2.1 blocks Dwight| .451% shooting, 12.2 points, 9.8 rebounds, 1.7 blocks I miss Yao... a lot.
Dwight was extremely overrated even back in his prime days. Every facet of his game hinged upon him out-jumping and over-powering his opponent, which made up for his lack of skills and fundamentals at the time. Now that his body is slowly deteriorating, all of his flaws are being exposed on a nightly basis.
How many tip dunks and put backs have the warriors had in the first two games? and how many for the rockets?
I will call it right now. He will be out of the league before the 2018-2019 season begins. I don't think his body will be able to handle more than limited role off the bench and I don't see him accepting that nor do I see teams wanting him in the lockerroom if he isn't a double/double guy. He is about to fall faster than McGrady did.
I say everybody has checked out/will check out when your leader plays no defense. Is there any team in NBA history with #1 star plays no defense yet still won championship? By play no defense, I mean not even trying to do that.
