Oh for the love of God!!!! Let's break it down...if you go for the free shipping then no. If you pay extra for the I'm MadMax and I have to have my damned Spiderman NOW shipping...then probably.

Moral of the sory...preorder it next time. you'll save bucks and get it on the release date.

I did that with Monsters, Inc. and it arrived one day prior to release.

Hmm... does Best Buy charge tax (I would think they would)? I ask because I just went to their site and added the Spiderman DVD to my shopping cart and it's $14.99 + free shipping.

Depends on where it is coming from. Some places don't charge tax if the place you are ordering it from is in a state without sales tax.

    MadMax - www.dvdpricecompare.com ;)

I am hearing that CompUSA may have the best deal on Spiderman... Best Buy is the leader right now. Suprisingly Wal-Mart has some very cheap DVD's when they come out. Mr. Deeds, Monsters Inc. and Scooby Doo where all 14.95 or lower when they were released.

I just bought Mr. Deeds (14.87), E.T. (16.95), Cliffhanger (9.44), Fight Club (14.44) and National Lampoon's Vacation (9.44). Pretty good prices, I know I could have gotten Fight Club cheaper though and it isn't the special edition. Oh Well, impulse buying. :)

FYI, Spiderman will be pretty much $15 everywhere. Kmart for sure has it advertised this week for that price and everywhere else is promises "Low Price". If anything, it will be $15. Kmart has been THE place to buy DVDs. Over the past month, they have been releasing new DVDs for $15 (only the popular ones of course) and new Audio CDs for $10. Of course, my Kmart's electronic department sucks so I usually do a pricematch at another store.

    I am looking forward to:
    Spiderman
    Star Wars AOTC
    South Park Season 1
    AP: Goldmember

I recently bought Boiler Room and Mortal Kombat for $7 each at Best Buy. They have a GREAT offer of Requirum for a Dream and PI 2pack for $13 at Best Buy! Will pick that up by the end of the week.

Sonny, the site you posted is the Canadian edition of Amazon.com. Are they going to ship from Canada and charge us more for shipping? :D

It does ship from there, not expensive though... Worth it.

You actually get Canadian DVD's which are only minor in difference from the US DVD's. Sometimes these DVD's actually have more features than the US releases. Same movie and everything, just cheaper. Visit the site I posted for more info.
