That's merely your opinion, I don't happen to share it. Yes, I have. And no I did not make that statement based on this particular article, I could care less about that. It's, however, my stance that America is a better place to live than Holland, I disagree with you that we should become "more like them", I hope to God we don't. No disagreement there, I think it's a wonderful place to visit. If that's what you want, good luck to ya! Let's just say the Netherlands is not my cup of tea.
It's a pity that you feel that way, tiger. I think we are a repressed society, sexually, and in a lot of other ways, but I respect your disagreement on the issue. You never fail to discuss issues in a civil, polite manner, regardless of how wrong you are! By the way... I'm a member of that "conservative" older generation you referred to. Having worked in the educations system, I ignored those stupid rules and shook hands with kids and high-fived them and stuff like that, but I never gave a hug or did anything that could be construed in any way. A teacher shouldn't be hugging their students. Children should be taught what pediophilia is, how to recognize it, and know what to do when someone tries it on them. Pediophilia is a disease on society, and you can't let these people hide anymore because they are ruining lives.

J/K Actually the dutch attatude has changed in the last couple of years(and it has not been for the better IMHO). However i love living in the netherlands, but since i haven't been in the USA i cannot make a comparisment. I think that both countries are nice places to live in.
