Maybe Dusty has a phobia with crocodiles and dragons, which he is reminded of with the Chas Chompers?

Maybe Dusty just doesn't like his personality. I saw Chas during the parade he was REALLY enjoying the attention

This is basically it. If I gave a couple of the for examples it would burn someone and I’d lose insight into what’s going on.

Dusty didn't like Siri and his showboating either, right? I think his hate toward Chas is pretty unwarranted though. Especially if it's just a personality thing. Chas has done everything that could've been asked him of him and more. Chas probably easily would've had an above .800 OPS season if Dusty didn't bench half the time against lefties last season. Their was no reason at all to sit him in those games. I would hate to see him being traded over Meyers. Give me the guy whose proven he can hold his weight in the playoffs. Some of the best players in the league don't have that in them (Judge, Bagwelll).

FYI: Bagwell and Judge both have a higher postseason OPS than Chas.

Not in the world series. Crazy that Chas has had the same number of post season homeruns as Bags

What you're saying is that Bagwell, who was hitting with one arm, had a low OPS in the 10 WS plate appearances he had?

That's not what you originally said, but yes, a one-armed Bagwell has a slightly lower WS OPS than Chas: .443 to .425

I know we are just F'ing around because no one in the world would take Chas over Bags. However, Chas has actually hit better than Bags in the playoffs. Bags has just walked more. Chas leads in average and slugging and Bagwell has more walks which increased his OBP and OPS.

Same number of homeruns even though Bagwell had a lot more at bats.

If Dusty has a problem with the way Chas acts then Drew Gilbert shouldn't be called up until after DB is gone. Gilbert would never see the field.

Big difference between a 21st rd draft pick who was brought up 4 years after he was drafted and a 1st rd draft pick and top 100 prospect in his first full minor league season

I think the producers of Joanie loves Chachi need to look into this.

fwmy opinion is worth, that catch kept us out of a game 7 which Lance McCullers would have pitched, we were ****ed if Chas don't make that catch. He's an Astro for life. **** Dusty.

I’d take Bill O’Brien over Dusty. That’s how far we’ve come.

I have grown to absolutely hate Dusty Baker. Eff that guy. He’s the worst manager in MLB.
