Those PHX picks present an opportunity for that. I don’t think Houston lost out on any trades by giving up Green based on how the league sees him.

We could see Cam take a step next year and all of a sudden he looks really attractive to a rebuilding team to pair with those picks.

man ALPI will be averaging 7 assist easy and we will have 3 6 11 dudes in the starting line up . Kevin Durant can rebound and dish as well

Once the Rockets were determined to get KD, this is about the best we could expect. In my opinion, we need to use some of the other Phoenix picks to acquire 2 more deadeye shooters. I can live with this trade, because I think it means Amen is moving to the backcourt and Jabari back into the starting rotation. Hopefully about mid-year Reed will overtake FVV for the starting position, but if FVV and Amen do well, that be fine too.

I hate losing Jalen, because I think he’s going to end up a lot better than most people on this board think. We probably need to move the Phoenix picks, because they now have Jalen (this should also prove to the doubters that Jalen’s trade value is better than most on this board felt) and 3 FRP’s to upgrade their team over the next 2 years if not sooner. The value of those picks is going to go down if we wait too long to move them. We still have NJ and Dallas pick that maybe we can hang on to unless we actually can get a superstar or near superstar for all the picks. We now have a reasonable chance at progressing if KD stays healthy. We can also be a third wheel in another trade that Phoenix makes.

It was his first playoff series and he was going against a very salty Jimmy Butler with fresh legs. He definitely won one game. Kid's only 23.

Its not 2020 bro Kevin gonna have like 1 or 2 good years left if that. He barely plays 60 games as it is. Whatever Im not a fan of this trade even though I understand the Jalen side of it. I would prefer someone in our window. I wish we got Bane.

Early birthday present for me. The days where I have to hear about how we can coddle Jalen Green harder are finally over!

Interesting that the two core guys they traded were specifically guys that were bad in the playoffs.

Cam always struck me as Green insurance. Just repackage him as a SG.

Cam and Reed really need minutes. I believe they will acquit themselves nicely.

I live in Scottsdale, so I can root for the Suns even harder now. Win win for me.

I’m still skeptical on Cam, but I’m glad this move opens up that possibility

lol that is your takeaway. Jalen literally had no trade value. The problem is Durant had even less trade value. No one is giving up the farm for an old injury prone 37 year old player on an expiring deal making 53 million a year. Stone literally kept every valuable asset we had. What does that tell you about how he felt about Jalen in that he was so willing to include him. You realize KD basically had the suns by the gun and said he'd only play for 3 teams. There was absolutely no market for KD.

I'm keeping those phoenix picks because a team lead by Jalen green is proven to be worst team in the league.

He's booty - D'Angelo Russell, he'll never be anything more than a good role player. Accept it n move on. Rockets did well by trading him
