Because Houston has Harden. GSW has Curry, Klay, and Draymond. Houston has one all-star, GSW has 3. For a guy that just wanted the easiest road to a ring then this was the obvious move for him.

Posters like to rally around this fictional idea that players don't want to play with him even though there is zero evidence to support it. I think many other above average talented guards would be able to put up these 'historic numbers' if they had the green light to break the NBA turnover record. There isn't some mass conspiracy against Harden. He played **** D and was historically carless with the ball. At best he should have gotten third team.
