45 or more if Cato keeps his cool and a good attitude. If we trade Cato It will take a while to get another center in harmony with the team. Dream cannot handle the minutes and Pig just not enough.

39-43, and we'll be back here next year speculating again about our lottery pick.

    46-36

For the person who suggested 58... HOW!?!?!? Look at the #8 seed in last year's playoffs, the Kings. How are we any better?

    PF Webber
    SF Williamson
    C Divac
    SG Stojakavic
    PG Williams

Do you really think that we're much better than that if at all? If we played in the EAST, I'd say we'd win 50 and make the 4 or 5 seed... in the West, we'll be lucky to make the playoffs.

    oeilpere,

Are you serious with that prediction?
That would be no worse than a fourth seed in the West.

Would have to be the right deal yet to come to get them that far that fast.

    A couple of things.....

    LHutz:

Man how did you get a thread this long going? I am gaining respect for you every day. [IMG]

    Chubbby Fat:

The Rockets went 58-24 in 1994, making that figure a formidable task, but not "the best record in our history". [IMG]

    MangoRoot:

Even though you are reincarnated, there are certain things that you will do differently in this life than in your previous one on this BBS. So we will have to wait and see what develops throughout the summer.

Now that is so crptic that I don't think even you know what you mean. :p

LOOK how many people post in DUKE's thread! I AM DUKE!!! DUKE OF BBS!!! I AM NOT A MORTEL!!

This morning I tied to take a DIETARY suppelmint, but instead I grabbed a handful of STINKY's old worm pills?!?! I donot feel so good. Should not have washed them down with turnip juice.

Look for HOUSTON to go 5-80 next year UNLESS WE get Riddy of Ruddy!!! If we fire him and get a GOOD coach like Phil Johnson or Pete Riley or maybe even JAMES WOODEN who invented the game with peech baskets back in 1895, we will suck.

PS 5-80 counts the pre-season games. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THAT.

I don't care as long as we punk the Fakers.

Actually, I really do care and devote 6 months of my life to the team so I think we'll win 45-50 games as Francis comes into his own.

    Oielpere,

No offense big buddy, but the Rockets best win-loss season was 58-24 in 1994. Which team did you think had a better record?!?

Seriously though, I love you man, and almost all of your info is accurate, so I'll let this one slide. [IMG]

    oeilpere,

Even though you are the same person posting, the use of a different moniker carries an underlying message that not everything is the same. The French usage (forcing us to translate and interpret ) means that everything will not be so forthright and open from you as in the past.
Without a doubt, your lines of communication are still open, just at a slightly less intense level.

Discretion is the most apt word for what I am talking about.
