Matt Bullard was on Vandy and Rich's show yesterday talking about how great reddick and morrison were just because they could shoot, which I don't too much disagree with. but he said the rockets had no chance of getting either one. so I called, he had left already, and I said if the rockets want reddick they have a good shot because they will be a lotto team. and they were saying there is no way because reddick is at least top five. now maybe I just hate duke but I see no way reddick is a top five pick. he's a 6'4" shooting guard who basically shoots off screens and probably won't be able to create his own shot. I do think the rockets should try to get him, but I don't see him being a high pick, not like morrison.
i totally agree with you. when you mix in players from around the world, too, it will push reddick down. i think it's entirely possible he'll be wearing rocket red next season. having a legit spot-up shooter like that could take a lot of pressure off. i'd have to learn to root for him, though.
