Rick will be the biggest reanson for Ron staying in Houston.

Agreed. Ron seems happy enough to be here. I think he waits to see what develops. With Yao's situation, a good backup at the 5 goes to the top of the list. Look at the personnel changes since last year. With the right mix/fix EVERYBODY might be happy to be here next year. ;)

It is a matter of extreme concern without a doubt. We may have to rebuild all over again.

No way Artest plays for the Lakers! Him and Kobe going side by side? I don't see it happening!

The title should be, "Due to Yao's injury...Ron fear that he maybe next..since 2 of the so called 'BIG 3' are downed."

There should be a clause about injury in a contract. It sucks how teams end up paying millions of dollars for their best player to sit on the bench! Choose to Let go if there's a major injury. The end.

We got to the second round with this team. Yao isn't in a serious injury or anything, he'll be back next year as will T-Mac.

I would be very happy if ron came back and yao could play a full, deep postseason---but without a back up 5, and offseason rest for yao........I'm concerned.....we will revisit this next year.......either b4 the postseason or during.

It'll be funny if Tmac come back miraculously while Yao is resting in a hospital.

So if you pay as a contributing member then you don't get demoted to a rookie for starting kneejerks idiotic threads like this one?

The only reason the Rockets went this far is because of Ron Artest.

about oh, a few days ago

LOL at all the haters in pages 1-3. "thread-fail", "nostradamus", "knee-jerk" "make him a rookie" ha. Besides I never said Ron will NOT resign with Houston. I said DOUBTFUL!

If this is true, I nailed it.
