    Yeah, I got pretty into dubstep for a while. What I especially enjoyed was Shekel. If it isn't filthy as all hell, I'm probably not going to care much for it. It has to have a progressive sound. Too many of these "musicians" tend to fall into the boring old electro patterns. When it's done well, it's very, very futuristic and interesting. When it's done poorly, it's just **** electro.

    Skrillex is awesome. Unfortunately I have still yet to see him live. He was in Dallas this past weekend I just couldn't make it.

    Although Excision was in town Friday@ Stereo Live laying down some nasty beats.

    Doesn't seem all that original to me, it reminds me of those heavily dubbed remixes 97.9 or 98.5 would do on a Friday night or something (I'm channelling the early-to-mid '90s). In a dark room on some booming speakers with a little buzz and some slutty-looking college chicks gyrating, I could see how it would be appealing.

    Yea played at MegaBuzz. I heard it wasn't that great though. And most "dubheads" don't consider MT.Eden dubstep. Although I think Eden is awesome.

    If anyone knows who Zeds Dead is they are playing at Republic Live in Austin December 15th. Best part is that is only 8 dollars which is insane.

    Here are some of their better remixes.

    I will definitley be driving up for this one.
