Hmmm... You made your wife cry, and now she'll always remember that you're capable of that kind of outburst. Yes you were wrong, and she'll probably always look at you differently because of that behavior. Best case scenario? You get angry, let out a few bursts of the horn, and turn to your wife and say "Goddammit, that pisses me off!" and then let it go.
In fairness I didn't see the kids till after I had cussed at her. Still I'm in the Chick-Fil-A parking lot, there are going to be kids. In addition I did try to apologize to the lady with the kids (I went right by her with my window still open) but I don't think she was listening to me.

I don't know you but this screams of there's something else going on in your life that's making you angry. There's no reason why something this small should make you blow up. Find out what the real issue is before your wife gets really scared of your outbursts or even worse, you do something you regret.
the bottomline is that ****ing b!tch in the black beamer will definitely think twice before cutting in the fast food drive thru line now. so you have made a difference in the world. and that's why i voted 'no'.
you should have very calmly walked up to the car and very nicely tapped on the window. When the lady rolled it down to see what you wanted you should have just reached in turned of her car and pulled her key's out in one motion and tossed them as far as you could. Then you should have smiled, told her to have a nice day, walked back to your car and leave. :grin:
