If this deal goes down, forget Crawford. That's not going to happen. It will more than likely be a conditional first round pick. There is nothing fancy about this. It would free up even more cap room for Houston next year so that they can pursue Webber and be able to make a decent offer to Taylor and try to keep him. Not sure if 2 PF would work out that well! Don't forget we still need to sign Shandon after this season as well. The heifers.. Crawford would be a HUGE improvement over Moochie, because Crawford will be able to defend pig point guards and two guards. Also, if Mobley or Anderson get hurt, Crawford and Francis can play together. Crawford gives the Rockets better defense, and more options. Also, read the scouting reports on Crawford- alot of smart NBA people think Crawford can become a star. ------------------
The problem is you have said it 4 times in 3 threads (one of your one doing) in a span of 15 minutes. The original post of yours that set me off was : It is an assinine trade scenario. If you want Crawford, fine. But at least be realistic about it. Explain why the Bulls would do this? Hell, explain why the Rockets would do this? It doesn't work cap wise. Yes, the bulls are under the cap and can do it, but why would Krause give up cap space for a third string point guard and a no-defense playing small forward?
