That settles it. We're going all the way. Nothing can stop us now. There are no weaknesses on this team.
This season has been a roller coaster. First signing Steve Francis, and then Steve Francis being out for the rest of the season. Mike James being traded after all the buzz about how he was going to be our third scorer. Rafer Alston playing out of his mind during the 22 game streak. Yao being out for the rest of the season for a stress fracture on the foot? (Who saw this coming?) Getting to the number one seed in the western conference, and now sixth seed (1.5 games behind first seed). Signing Hakeem Olajuwon, the Dream who led this fine organization to two championships? Good lord, kill me now. This is the best thing to happen to me life. I think this is the year the stars have crossed to shine down on Houston and the Rockets. I believe!!!
Morey is a genius. I'm thinking a 45 year old Olajuwon can still average 15, 8 and maybe 3 blocks per game. GENIUS!
Damn it, i knew it was too good to be true, well the story is confirmed but it's bitter sweet. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/teams/hou/Yaoout.htm
This does prove one thing, if people are this excited about the old man returning and helping out, then this team has no chance in the playoffs. This screams desperation, as in "We will take anything that can help our team because it is not good enough now". That really sucks for us.
