I already know about the Karl Malone AIDS situation.

But the question was directed to BTM....are you a Ming HATER and a Dream HATER??

    "Ain't life a b****?" BLAM!

Thanks. I friggin' LOVE that movie. :D

Didn't Dream go on the record back in '97 calling the Spazz a dirty team? He may well have retired (or threatened to) if the trade had gone through.

The clock is ticking when those two fogies retire and expose how ****ty the Jazz GMs really are. Scott Layden... feh. I see he groomed his protege real well.

And just for whom are they saving their cap space? A welcoming party for Keith Van Horn? What other self respecting supterstar would go there...

But everything was cool after somebody explained to Karl that he could only get AIDS from a player who literally gave it to him ** *** *** on every possession.

Why couldn't Hakeem just retired as a Rocket??:(

It really disturbs me to see him hanging on like this.

Here is a question for ZRB and others who get upset when people like me say they wished that Olajuwon retired:

If you had a choice, would you rather see Hakeem with the Jazz or retired from the NBA??

    I pick the second option.

I thought that Utah was sort of cold to Russell as well...

I mean, sure, he was well-compensated for his services... but his exit was a bit cruel. It's rare when players have loyalty, and when they do, it's special.

I, absolutely, 100 percent, No, 200 percent would rather Hakeem have retired than ever have played for the Utah Jazz, the worst assemblage of 12 people in history.

There's something about the Jazz that transcends the individual players on the team.

Going through the list, I probably wouldn't dislike any of their players that much if they played on different teams. The sum total adds up to PURE EVIL!!!;)

Even Karl Malone and Stockton, as much as I constantly want to see them lose, have done enough to gain my respect for them as players. I'd probably have liked Bryon Russell if he were a Rocket. (not a suggestion that we acquire him now!) Mostly good guys that add up to be a dispicable enemy. How does that happen??

Much different than the mid-90's Sonics, where I actively disliked individual players, esp. Gary Payton and Shawn Kemp, with every bone in my body. (My feelings have been tempered somewhat with the end of their apparent invincibility against the Rockets.)

Actually, I take back what I said about individual Jazz players. I think I'd have disliked Greg Foster no matter what team he was on.

I say we trade for Hakeem. I'd like to see him play for Houston again and I know the rest of ya'll would agree for the most part. I bet he'd retire rather than play for the Jazz. Just my two.

If Olajuwon somehow ended up in Utah next to Malone and Stockton I could not live anymore. The apocalipse would be upon us and the earth would surley sease to exist.

If we could dump salary (ala Cato) for Dream and bring him back to be Ming's tutor, that would make our off season complete!! :D

I'm sure there's not another center in the league that Ming has more respect for than Dream, and he has the same basic type of game as Ming (Finesse vs. Power). And, has so many people have stated, Cato is close to average, and in the Eastern Conference, Cato would be one of the biggest. The Raptors might be intrigued, and that would clear some cap room for us starting next year and allow Dream to retire where he is supposed to!!

Now you're just taking things too far. There was a jury that acquitted OJ of criminal charges, you know.

If Toronto tossed in Chris Jefferies I'd be willing to give up Cato for Dream.
