Hmm, I think Mike won this My Sportscenter but, it's still hard to tell which will be the better guy down the road.
Yay Mike won... he'll get his one year contract, and likely will be let go after this one year.. but yay, he won.
Yeah, none of the MTV winners seem to be around, even the one guy who didn't win but still got a job. Now Mike has to play for his salary.
Oops, maybe you're right. I could have sworn I saw him as a host for "Dinner and a Movie" (TBS or TNT) while channel surfing. But I'm not certain.
I think that will happen in a couple of weeks... this isn't for only a SC gig, this is just for a job at ESPN.
Those were the EASIEST questions possible. I also know for a fact that only the top SC anchors make good money. The bottom ones, who probably worked harder than Mike has, make far less.... and they definitly didn't start at 95K a year. Of course, they got longer than a one year contract...
He'll be on all three main sportscenter's tommorow night (5pm, 10pm, 1am). Man, those questions were EASY... even the Agassi one.
Someone once posted that they made relatively little (I think it was ManRam)... I'm sure Mike's published salary will cause a problem for the lesser paid, hard working anchors who've been busting their ass for years in Bristol.
yes... but they also get a little thing called "job security" out of it. There's a good chance Mike is all but gone after this year... and even if he does a great job, and manages to stay on... he'll be working next year at a MUCH lesser salary.
who won 2003 NCAA basketball? who won 2003 NBA basketball? What catcher did Clemens throw the bat at? What color shirt does tiger wear on the final day of tournaments? What MLB stadium was the last to install lights? I mean, these were really EASY!!!
