This is hilarious, random taxi driver spouts off crap (that is obviously a wide-spread piece of misinformation in the Arabic world) and it is insightful proof that I am closed-minded and that my parents didn't tell me the right things.

That's what George Bush said..."This is a monumental struggle of good vs. evil. But good will prevail."

The solution is extreme but easy and effective. Announce to the Muslim world -- and mean it -- that, if this or any other U.S. cartoonist is killed or harmed for expressing his or her belief within the rights extended under the Constitution of the United States, we will evacuate the Dome and the Rock and then destroy it right down to the Wailing Wall.

No, but I am surprised that you keep bringing up the parallels between Nazis and radical Muslims. As you can see in the picture I posted, there were actually links back then already.

It would certainly give the moderate Muslims an incentive to put very serious constraints on the extremist Muslims, hopefully to the point of prevention. Besides, we wouldn't be taking or harming innocent life -- just making a point with a building like the World Trade Center.

I was not referring to that particular post, but to your history of answering posts reporting islamic extremism with Nazi references.

So according to your logic, America was complicit in 911 because we didn't speak out enough about US policy in the middle east?

Actually, killing evil works. The problem is hurting innocents caught in the middle.

Are you aware of the links between the Nazis and some leaders of the Muslim world at the time?

You tell me. You posted it in a thread about a cartoonist that has to give up her life due to death threats from Islamists.

The "German like me" tells you that yes, cartoons can be tasteless, and their message wrong. That doesn't mean one needs to issue death threats to cartoonists. You are really dense.
