Very unrealistic but it would be a dream draft

OK. So I changed the setting to CRAZY because it kept insisting the Panthers would take Young. This is the first Draft at CRAZY.

    2 Bryce Young QB (1)
    12 Will Anderson ED (3)
    33 Jaxon Smith-Njigba WR (11)
    65 Broderick Jones T (25)
    73 Felix Anudike-Uzomah ED (33)
    104 Luke Wypler C (46)

    Love this mock draft simulator!
I actually spend A LOT of time on it. lol
You can get some unrealistically favorable trades though (maybe that's why I like it so much).

Other than Stroud I absolutely LOVE this draft though!
I'm big on all those players.

Calijah Kancey's one of my "binkies" and it's good to see some one else adding him in their wish list.
    Smaller Aaron Donald imo.
    Pass rushing demon!

To illustrate how much I dislike C.J. Stroud though I'd probably reject this draft filled with all those players I love just because I don't want Stroud.

Replace it with Bryce and it's ohhh so nice though!

    This would please some:

    2 Young QB (1)
    12 Skoronski T but move to C under tutelage(12)
33 Washington TE (71) Yes a reach, but can't find a trading partner.
    65 Brown S (57)
    73 Dell WR (43)
104 Williams CB (49) Don't know why he fell unless injured.

This on is a reach to push Skoronski, the highest rated LT, not only to G, but to C as a long term solution. Upside is a perennial All Pro. Down side is wasting a great LT just because of short arms. Washington is rarely there at 33, even though rated on this game as a third rounder. I took Brown at 65 since Wypler or Tippmann are normally my picks there. Lately they aren't.

But his does focus on players often considered a good fit.

This just kind of fell into place after trading up to get pick upgrades at from 12 to 6 and 33 to 18 by adding 65 and 73 and trading down from 2 to 3 and picking up 34 and 66.

    3. Bryce Young QB
    6. Jalen Carter DI
    18. Nolen Smith ED
    34. Mazi Smith DI
    66. Andre Carter II ED
    104. Karl Brooks ED

Other needs to be addressed in rounds 5-7 or trades.

I'm confident Demeco could figure out how to make these players swarm efficiently.

Karl Brooks is another potential position change prospect. He played TE in HS, but had not filled out yet. He has definitely grown into the role.

No more from PFF since they decided to put it behind a paywall. That's not so bad, but they want billing information without even telling you the price. 30% off is NO information if they don't quote a base price. I don't write blank checks others get to fill out any way they want.

After a brief high wall (2 rounds once a day), PFF has moderated to unlimited 3 rounds with the paywall for trades and more rounds.

PFF 2 round no trade 2x daily

    2 Anderson ED
    12 Gonzales CB
    33 Jones OT (moves inside)

I would be very happy with this. And yes, if we started Case Keenum, it would not devastate me. Anderson is far closer to a sure thing than any QB this year. And I believe Case and Mills would do far better with the 2023 team.

I just realized we already have a Christian Gonzales in the Astros system playing SS.

    Good Morning.

This may be the best so far. Big, fast and smart.:

1-2 Anderson ED (LB) DB 2 "we see him as a first-year pro bowler"
1-12 Levis QB DB 26 "Levis is the second biggest boom-bust QB in the class - generational physical gifts"
2-33 Murphy ED (DE) DB 6 "With the right coaching, Murphy could be an impact starter by the end of his rookie season"
3-65 Schmitz C DB 45 "he could quickly develop into a pro bowl level player"
3-73 Washington TE DB 28 "given his frame and overall athletic skills is the kind of player that can become a much better pro than college player"

    No trades. Just unexpected opportunities:

1-2 Young QB - available when Carolina goes with Stroud
1-12 Richardson QB - Just not expected to be there.
    2-33 Branch S - time for D
    3-65 Foskey ED - more D
3-73 Wypler C - NEED as much as I hate drafting for need.
4-104 Dell WR - Someone to take it over the top.

Hedging your QB bet, or did you mean Anderson at #12?
