I trust Morey....let's just wait and see.

I would think Minny would want a veteran at the Wing, or be more interested in Kmart, Shane or Trevor.

Anyway, we have heard this tune before, I ain't dancing to it until something actually happens.

Thinking about Trevor, wasn't Minny's current head coach an assistant in LA in last year championship run...

Who knows maybe there could be some interest on Trevor given his bond with their head coach ... ;)

I don't mind using Martin as a piece to lure a bigger fish, but Rubio is not a big fish. A proven player who can be a bigger difference maker is what we need.

Chase Budinger is so overrated on this boards its ridiculous. HE IS REPLACEABLE. He doesnt play a squat of defense, all he is is a good 3 point shooter and dunker.

I doubt Morey is going to trade Ariza just because that would look soooo bad on the organization to tell a player, "yeah you can grow into the player you want to be if you sign here," and then trade him the next offseason. Ariza could have signed with championship contenders but he chose not to. You have to show SOME loyalty.

Chase, Hill, #14, future picks are WAY too much.

Chase and the #14 for Cousins is a good deal.

I wouldn't go for Cousins. Hill and C-Bud and/or picks etc should be either retained or used to acquire a star player. Cousins' immaturity is not needed despite his talent.

If I am in a gm who owns one of those high draft picks, other than 1, 2, and 3, I would ask for C-Bud and Hill. They are cheap, full of potential, and they already can contribute. Forget about Shane, or Ariza being included. The other teams would want what we would: cheap, young talent.

You can kiss C-Bud goodbye if we move up the draft. Sorry...

Look at this sequence and you'll see Cousins do something Yao simply can't manage. I'm very interested in the guy.

I believe he is referring to Mike Harris. RVG MVP.

Am I missing something? That's Al Jefferson and Cousins for 14th, KM and C-bud.

We can trade Al Jefferson or Jordan Hill for OJ Mayo since the Grizz need a pf and they aren't that fond of Mayo (tried to trade him last season for Monta but GS refused). Net result you get Mayo, Cousins and Jefferson (or Hill) just for the 14th, KM and C-bud. If anything, that trade is way too lopsided for our side.

    Same here.

I just see a less athletic but more skilled-up version of Kwame everytime I see him.

So let me guess this straight... if let's say, Portland (Kevin Pritchard) swooped in at 12-13 to pick up Paul George, we would be cut out of the deal with Minnie, again?
