Trade the top pick for the 5th or 6th pick this years pick up another one next year. I would pick up Chris Marcus he is big burly, potential to move people unlike Fato. Hey he can't be any worse than Cato and Collier together!
Not sure ... If either Ming or Perkins turn out to be defensive studs/dominant offense low post players, then the better of them. Otherwise, Woods. This team could sooo use a great center.
