    T-Mac: doesn't play D. yet we still want him.

    JJ: actually plays decent D. yet we don't think he's the answer at the 2.

    The argument for TMac is that his defense doesn't have to be superb because he has Yao backing him up. Well...so does JJ...

    Yes, TMac is an upper echelon star. Yes, he can score better than JJ. Yes, we will probably be a better team if we acquire TMac. I think it's weird how everyone seems to cry that if we don't blow the team up, we'll be the Orlando Magic (record-wise) of the 2004-2005 season...

    I think it's weird how you say that when no one has made that statement. Actually, the few people making an assertion like that are the fans who claim we'll be horrible if we trade Stevie.

    ps - I agree with you regarding jj's d. He would do just fine at the 2.

    I agree w/ u but if the chance to get a player like T-mac comes up, uve got to at least make an offer.....the kid is only 24.
