Turns out some guy I work with is really good friends with Santana Dotson and he's going to be cooking all his BBQ for his parties at his house this week. Lucky guy. Wish I knew the guy better....
Maxim party is out in some ranch by Katy. "Circus Maxximus." Apparently they are going to have animals and the whole deal!
damn clubs charging 3 digits to get in! WTF? if i pay to get in, i better be sippin on some cristal with p. diddy. yeah, like that's gonna happen.
no...they're not having the maxim party at a club..it's on a ranch in Richmond..out in Ft. Bend county. headed downtown tonight...hoping the rain holds off tonight
A friend and I got free tickets to the "SuperBash" last night. About 30 minutes before we were to leave, we were hanging out at my house drinking beer and watching the local news, when they announced that "SuperBash" would be free last night (still have to pay $20 Thurs-Sunday). We looked at each other, tore up the tickets, and drank beer at my house until around 11PM.

Grady Gains is solid. The Handsomes are pretty good, lots of chics at their Continental Club gigs. That's alls I know. If the weather holds off, I'll be there tonight.
You mean the train of death and destruction. What were they thinking when they decided to put a train on the street with cars and pedestrians. Just remember to never turn left.
I grew up around that area and still have tons of friends there. The only "ranch" I can think of around Richmond is the ZZ Top guy's ranch, TOP 40 is the name. It's off of Alt-90, 4 miles from HW 6 (3 miles from 59 South). I can't think of any other ranch in the area. Cause going away from town, there's city, suburbs, ZZTOP Ranch, and then run down Richmond and Rosenburg and then real countryside. Anyhow, I'm coming down Saturday night. We got like 15-20. Half will go eat (I'm hoping Saba, but I have no idea how possible that'll be), cause it was my b-day Wednesday. Then we'll hit the streetparty, maybe BAR Houston, I really don't know. Oh, hey....is Stack24 still running Live downtown? I'm gonna email him to see if they'll have the Rockets game goin that afternoon...I'll come in earlier then. I'm down for drunkin revelry so if any of y'all what to party with me and my crew, y'all are welcome to.
I think the proper statement is...."What were they thinking when they decided to put a train on the street with cars and pedestrians in a city where everyone drives like a freaking idiot and doesn't know a "No Left Turn" sign from a McDonalds sign!" I said it before and I'll say it again....you have to be a complete and total moron to be stupid enough to run your car into Houston's light rail train.
