Are you kidding me? Shane Battier is a bust. The dude was the 6th overall pick and was supposed to be a guy averaging around 16-18 with great defense. The only thing he has is great TEAM defense.

A guy can have the best work ethic and still can't improve his game, they are just naturally limited. It was a great win. But it was just one win. In the long run, if this team is going to do anything, it's going to need T-Mac, and it's going to need T-Mac to be a leader. If there's really friction between McGrady and his teammates, THAT is a bigger deal than this one win. So, yes, if T-Mac is not showing an appropriate level of enthusiasm for his teammates while sitting on the bench, it's definitely a relevant topic of discussion.
