Honestly, you don't need anything more than a 32" for an average/small size bedroom.

You will regret getting a 51" for that tiny bedroom of yours (judging by the pics).

    Hope this helps.

EDIT: nm, others have already covered it.

of course you can fit it but there is no way you should be getting a tv that big for a room that little unless you plan on moving soon.

i think you're pushing it with a 42", you're just gonna be too close to see the best possible picture.

na that's my house. My parents don't want a big tv in the living room cause they like the furniture that goes with the tv.

Again, wouldn't rent at your own place supercede a TV purchase?

    na im still young man.

I'm thinking of getting a 42 inch plasma now. Would not be too big for viewing?

Honestly, think about it. You're still young, and you have "X" amount of money.

Buy a "Solid" TV that you can see owning for 10 years. Put the rest in a savings account.

After 10 years, you will be thanking me end over end about how much money you made by not shoving it into a depreciating item like a 52' panel screen.

Plus, you live with your parents, so the bigger screen is ultimately worthless, girl-wise.

Look. I'm 34 yrs. old. I've had the biggest of riches, and the losses of paupers. Listen to me. Savings has it's rewards, especially when you want that one BIG item.

I agree with Fatty. Put it in a stock or a well regarded mutual fund and forget about it. The more you remember it, the longer it takes for 10 years to happen.

When you move out eventually, that thing will be the biggest headache.

Those are some ridiculously good deals!

I got a 26" LCD HDTV for one of the bedrooms in my house same time last year for $500, and thought it was a great deal.

yea, too bad it doesnt say what brand, but has a few notable brands at the bottom, although I doubt they made the television.

    i agree with everyone.
last year my brotherin law who has the same size room as you looked for a flat screen. after extensive research we went with a samsung 26" lcd and have been happy ever since. use the let over change to buy you a surround sound system and save up for a ps3 so you can play blu ray movies.

judging by the model numbers from the first and the third one, I would say those are syntax olevia brand.

Believe it or not I got one of these (26 inch) for 500 bucks and it has worked out well for the past year or so. You can't beat the quality for the price.

You're gonna be seeing a lot of pixels and line if you put that sucker anywhere else in that small room other than up against the ceiling.
