Howcome nobody is making a big deal of Stallworth's judgment in reacting? He mentioned he flashed his lights to warn the victim. Why was he not braking instead?

I think that bolded portion is a mega assumption.

don't try it at 9am in downtown dallas. if you do, i recommend you be very nice to the cop who gives you the ticket.
