If I see a thug in a POS car who probably has nothing to lose and all face to save and gain by shooting me, I won't mess with them. If it's a tiny dick shortman in a huge truck, I could give two ****s about what they think, I am going to blast the horn if they impinge on my road. If I see a soccer mom with five crazy kids distracted by them, I will give the light toot-toot to remind her to focus.

You have to know how people perceive you on the road. Are you to be taken lightly? Then people will bully you. If you look like you will bite back, 99.9% of people won't bother.
