Yes, he is Joe's brother. He also appeared on Def Comedy Jam as well. Guy was Lamont in 'American History X' as well, that may be his best known role.

Foxx is proof that all black people can't ball. The guy makes nerdy white guys' skills look good.

    Subject: Emmitt Smith Roast

Man, I just saw a clip from the Emmitt Smith Roast in which Jamie Foxx clowned you. I felt real bad for ya - honestly. I saw the look on your face after you went back to sit down, and you didn't seem amused (who would in that situation?) I googled you, found your site and noticed that you only took a pic w/Stuart Scott from that event (who also, based solely on his facial mannerisms and demeanor, didn't seem amused that Jamie stomped out your opportunity). Out of sheer curiousity, did you and Jamie make amends after the event? Did that situation help boost your career?

    Response:

Yo Aquila, thanks for going so far as to find my web site. As for your question, Jamie did come and apologize to me after we finished. What he did was in bad taste to him. He was an established star, and I was trying to get some notoriety. But people see who the bad guy was in that.

That happened over four years ago. Now some one has made it a hot item over the internet. The good thing is that so many people are looking me up as a result of it, that they are seeing how much good work I have done since. People like yourself are inquiring about me and coming to know my work. There is no such thing as bad press. I'm being coming real popular from that clip.

So spread the word. It is introduction me to people like you every day. Check out my show www.1stamendmentstandup.com And keep in touch.

    Doug

I think it would have been better if he punched Jamie in the face and then kicked him in the nutz. "Mr. Bigshot Celebrity...you ain't so big now...huh...beeyotch!" Then, a big brawl ensues and Emmitt gets knocked out when he is hit by a chair that was meant for Doug. The person who swung the chair being none other than...Jamie Foxx. :D

I will never understand why some so-called 'comedians' think that all they have to do is curse a lot and they will be thought of as 'funny'...It's not funny when you say "motherf***ker" every other word.
